The Lakdi Reclaimed Wood Large Side Table is a substantial piece of reclaimed wood furniture, combining a chunky shape with the wonderfully uneven texture and markings that come from timber that has already lived a life.

Made from reclaimed wood, each table has its own mix of grain, splits, knots, old markings and variations in colour. The warm brown finish brings out these details rather than hiding them, while the thick legs, deep top and inset timber panels give the table a reassuringly solid appearance. This isn't a perfectly polished, uniform piece of furniture – and that's exactly the point.

The generous tabletop makes this large wooden side table particularly useful beside a sofa or armchair. For something more industrial, sit it alongside matt black metal, concrete finishes and darker accessories. The warmth of the timber works particularly well against these harder materials.
