Do you offer Black Friday or any other Sales?

We do not participate in Black Friday sales. We have not structured our business around constant sales, we prefer to offer the same prices all year with some incentives such as signing up to our newsletter or visting our social profiles. We will be creating a dedictaed page to why we do not do Black Friday or other Sales soon.

Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?

We are sorry but at the moment we are not able to deliver our products outside of mainland UK.

Do you offer a trade discount and trade accounts?

Sorry but we do not offer any trade discounts.

Do you offer a free returns service?

Unfortunately as a small independent company we are unable to offer a free returns service. You can use any courier that suits you best to return an unwanted item. Please read our delivery and returns policy for full details.

When will my order be delivered?

There are basically two types of delivery, large furniture (10-14 working days) and smaller couriered items (3-4 working days). The timescales and process is a little different depending on what you order so please read our full delivery and returns policy here.

Can you deliver faster than the displayed timescales?

In most cases yes, on average our large furniture items are delivered in 8 days but it really depends on where you are in the country and your availability. If you have a deadline please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Do you deliver upstairs?

Our standard delivery service for our large furniture items is to the ground floor room of your choice (unless you have a lift). In some instances we can arrange delivery upstairs but there will be an additional charge, Please contact us for more information and before placing an order. Standard courier deliveries are to your doorstep.

The product is out of stock, can you let me know when it is back?

Yes no problem! If a product goes out of stock there will be a notice on the product page and a section where you can add your email address and get notified soon as the stock is available to order or pre-order.

How do I know if a product is actually in stock?

There is a notification on each product page confirming if the items is "In Stock" but alos if you see ADD TO BASKET on the product page then the item is in stock at our warehouse ready for dispatch. You might see on some pages the quantity left in stock, this is just to let you know stock is low and could sell out soon.

For selected products we make the stock available to PRE-ORDER. The product page will clearly state the anticipated dispatch date for these items and it will be clear you are PRE-ORDERING.

How accurate are the finishes and colours of the products compared to the pictures I can see on your website?

The short answer is pretty good. We check every manufactured batch of our products against approved samples. If we find a batch is a not close enough to the pictures shown on our website we update the product photos.

Our finishes can look slightly different depending on the lighting and location in your home. Natural daylight, shaded areas, and artificial lighting can all bring out different tones within the finish. We aim to show the colour as accurately as possible in our detail photography, while also including styled images to present the product in inspirational settings. Because of this, the finish may appear slightly different on screen and in your home.

Some of our products have a distressed finish which will vary a little piece to piece and of course wood is well know for its variety in its grain.

My order arrived damaged! What do I do now?

This is the worst part of our job! First of all we apologise, it's rare, but these things can happen.

Please send an email to contactus@vincentandbarn.co.uk with some pictures of the damage to the product and ideally the packaging. Please let us know your order number.

We will then be back in touch really quickly to work out the best solution for you.
