Mainland UK Delivery Charges
Orders over £100 are delivered for FREE to mainland UK addresses.
Orders under £100 are delivered for £5.95 to mainland UK addresses.
Other UK Destinations and International
If you live outside Mainland UK including the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland please contact us. Some of our smaller products are still available to deliver to these locations however there is often an additional charge.
We do not deliver to International destinations.
When stock is heading to our warehouse and we have an estimated date of arrival we can take PRE-ORDERS. On each product page you will find the date when we expect to be able to deliver from.
We make every effort to provide as accurate information as possible, however, until the stock arrives at our warehouse all timescales are estimated as there are several stages that can still cause delays. We will of course keep you updated to any changes as they happen.
Our Delivery Service
On each product page you will find details of the delivery service for that product.
We have 2 different delivery methods which are determined by the size of the product.
Delivery in 3-4 Days with DPD or Delivery in 10-14 Days with our Specialist Furniture Delivery Courier
Delivery in 3-4 Days with DPD
We dispatch these products with DPD and delivery will be made within 3-4 working days.
If you order these products at the same time as one of our 10-14 Day products it will still be dispatched with DPD and arrive separately to the 10-14 day item/s in your order.
DPD deliver Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm but on occasions they might attempt delivery on a weekend, this is at their discretion. We do not offer a weekend delivery service.
Some remote mainland UK postcodes may take a little longer than stated. We deliver Mainland UK Only.
DPD will notify you via text/email on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time slot. DPD will provide options if you are not going to be home. If you choose the option to "leave in a safe place" we can not be responsible for any loss.
Delivery in 10-14 Days with our Specialist Furniture Delivery Courier
Delivery of these items are FREE. We deliver to mainland UK only.
We use a specialist furniture delivery courier who will contact you by text or phone around 7 working days after purchase (often much sooner!) to offer you a date for delivery and AM or PM delivery slot. If the date is not suitable simply reply to the text or let the customer service advisor know and they will work with you to re-schedule however please note this can extend the delivery timescale published.
The driver will call on the day of delivery and give 1 hour notice of arrival.
On your instruction, we will deliver to your given room of choice (ground floor only). Our drivers will only enter your home if you instruct them to do so. If you do not want the driver to enter your home please instruct them where to leave your order.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
- Somebody must be home to accept delivery.
- We do not remove packaging.
- Please do not rip or tear the outer box, please cut along the tape to remove your item, there are instructions on how to safely unpack your item on the box. The outer box must be undamaged should you need to return your order.
- We are unable to deliver in the evening and on weekends.
- Our furniture is delivered by 1 person, they are fully trained to use trollies, dolly wheels and blankets to deliver your item safely inside your home.
- Our delivery service is ground floor only unless there is a lift at the property suitable for the item ordered. Our drivers are not insured to deliver up or down flights of stairs. If you have access problems or need delivery up stairs please contact us before ordering, we might be able to help however there is often an additional charge.
- Please check product sizes very carefully as some pieces are quite large and heavy, please be sure they will fit through doorways. If you plan to move the item up stairs it is also a good idea to check your stair width and headroom.
- If a delivery date and time is agreed and on arrival we are unable to deliver into your home because nobody is home or there are obstructions an abortive delivery charge of £50.00 will be deducted from your refund.
On receipt please check your order carefully and advise the courier/delivery team if you feel the items could be damaged inside the packaging.
In the unlikely event you open the packaging and find your item is damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if possible please take a picture of the damage so we can investigate how this has happened and make future improvements.
We will then contact you and make arrangements for a replacement and collection.
Cancelling your order before receipt
If you need to cancel your order before receiving it please reply to your order confirmation or email us at email@example.com ASAP quoting your order number. We will then check if your item has been dispatched. In most cases, if your order has been dispatched we can not recall the delivery and you will need to reject the delivery attempt. The goods will then be returned to us and we will contact you to confirm they have arrived back safely and will then process your refund.
Please note: you can not reject the delivery of our specialist furniture delivery courier when they arrive if a date has been agreed. Rejecting on their arrival will incur an abortive charge of £50.00.
Returns & Refunds
Items marked clearance are non-refundable unless found faulty.
If you would like to return all or part of your order you are required to notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. Once we have been notified you have 14 days to return the item(s) in the original condition and packaging. If the item arrives back damaged or not in the original packaging we will contact you to advise the reduction we will have to make to your refund.
Unfortunately, we can't cover the cost of return delivery so you will have to make your own courier arrangements for a return;
Returning Items Delivered By DPD
You can use any courier that works best for you like DPD, Parcelforce etc. We would not recommend Evri as the customer service is very poor should something go wrong but it is of course your choice. We strongly recommend you use a registered service for returns that will provide insurance for the cost of the product if it is lost or damaged as the safe return is your responsibility.
Returning Items Delivered By Our Specialist Furniture Delivery Courier
Please note delivering large pieces of furniture is expensive, we can arrange this for you but each order will be different based on the number of items, size and location.
As a guide the cost to return a chest of drawers within England and Wales is £55 (Scotland is often more). We do not profit from collections, in fact even after charging for a return we will still lose the cost of the original delivery. But that’s ok, we would just stress the importance of reading our product descriptions, checking dimensions, checking access to your home etc.
Returning Faulty Items
Return delivery costs do not affect items which are returned due to faults. We will organise a collection with you and we are responsible for all costs.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you organise to return your order so we know it’s coming, please be sure to include a copy of your order with your returned item(s) so we know who it's from. Once the item arrives back at our warehouse safely we will process the refund. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded (except where special services have been provided outside our regular service) .
