Aged Zinc Rivet Trough Planter - Large
It's time to get your plants in line with this industrial-style trough planter!
Give your garden a bit of an industrial edge with our Aged Zinc Rivet Trough Planter – Large. Made from metal with an aged zinc finish, this rectangular garden planter has a simple, sturdy-looking design that works just as well in a contemporary garden as it does in a more rustic setting.
The grey zinc-effect finish has a brushed, textured appearance with subtle variations in colour. Rows of decorative rivet detailing run down the corners, giving this large metal trough planter a look inspired by traditional industrial metalwork. The straight sides, open top and long rectangular shape make it a great choice for creating structured planting displays.
A Large Metal Planter for Indoors and Outdoors
Measuring 32cm high x 72cm wide x 25cm deep, this industrial-style planter provides plenty of space for displaying a mixture of plants, grasses and flowers.
Place it on a patio, against a garden wall, beneath a window or alongside a garden pathway. Its long, narrow shape also makes it a good choice for balconies, courtyards and smaller outdoor spaces.
For indoor use, it could make an eye-catching display filled with potted houseplants in a conservatory or entrance hall. Use suitable liners or saucers to protect indoor floors.
A Practical Way to Organise Your Planting
Struggling to find space for several plant pots on your patio?
Rather than having individual pots scattered around, this large rectangular garden planter brings several plants together in one neat display. It's a simple way to organise your planting while adding a little height and structure to your outdoor space.
How to Style Your Aged Zinc Trough Planter
For a contemporary industrial garden, fill the planter with ornamental grasses, verbena and trailing greenery. The soft shapes of the plants contrast nicely with the straight metal sides and rivet detailing.
Alternatively, use lavender, herbs or seasonal flowers for a more traditional cottage garden look.
Position it against an old brick wall, on stone paving or beside dark decking to bring out the aged zinc finish.
This rustic metal trough planter is ideal for anyone who likes industrial garden accessories, architectural planting or simple garden designs with a bit of character.
Whether you're updating a courtyard, adding interest to a patio or creating a planting display beneath a window, this large metal garden planter makes a great addition.
