Please check dimensions carefully and ensure your new item will fit through doors, upstairs and around corners. Items that require some assembly will be highlighted within the product information.

We call these Pre Orders, this stock is heading to our warehouse however the delivery timescales (see below) will apply from the date published. For example, if the item is detailed as Large 10-14 and the "FROM" date is 1st February then delivery will take place 10-14 working days from the 1st of February

Our specialist delivery company will contact you by text or phone within 7 working days to offer you a date for delivery. We aim to deliver these orders within 10-14 working days from the date the order was placed. These items should be checked carefully to be sure they will fit into your room of choice and have clear access to do so. We do not remove packaging.

Important: We deliver to ground floor only, if you live in a flat or apartment and the building has a lift which is big enough to take the item ordered we will deliver to other floors. Our delivery company is not insured to carry furniture up or downstairs.

These items will generally be dispatched by courier the following working day after the order is placed, delivery is then made within 3-4 working days Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
