Banker's Drawer Unit
Storage you can bank on!
Inspired by the type of vintage furniture found in a bank manager’s office, our metal chest of drawers has a matt black paint finish, 12 drawers sized to fit A4 paper and cast metal cup handles and metal name tags both with an aged brass plated finish.
Are you looking for versatile and stylish storage that will work hard in all areas of the home and continue to gain character over time and use? Then our Banker’s drawer unit is for you. Sure to turn a few heads with its tall, dark and handsome good looks and stand-out stunning style against brick walls, panelling and bold colours. Or choose white for a smart monochrome scheme and keep it simple, letting the drawers do the talking and the storing.
Do you need some order in your life? This industrial storage unit can arrange it. Use the tags to label each drawer’s contents and you will never waste your time on the hunt for that elusive item again. Use as a hallway chest of drawers for shoe storage, an office filing system for paperwork or keep your neatly folded items of clothing organised in the bedroom. Who knows? Maybe it will see out its retirement in the garage? We love storage that evolves and changes with your needs and lifestyle.

Great cabinet, beautifully designed. Well made and packaged safely. Delivery service quick and driver very helpful. Will be looking at other items in the future! Definitely recommend.
Very well packaged delivered on time, well made and exactly as described definitely recommend
Beautiful piece of furniture and excellent customer service which made the delivery process easy!
I always worry about ordering online and wonder whether a product really will look as shown. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality. This chest of drawers is perfect. I will definitely be ordering the matching sideboard if it comes back in stock.
Great piece of furniture, good style and quality. Looks really good in my hall
Really happy with these. Very good quality and the seller/delivery team could not have been more helpful
Another great looking piece, good quality, reasonable price and very swift delivery.
Absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture. I was kept informed of delivery time. Very smooth transaction. Would definatly shop here again. Thank you Vincent and barn!
The drawers look nice. But if you are looking for a easy access on runners, these are not for you. I am using it to store work documents and magazines, and the drawers get difficult to pull out if the stuff inside is heavy. Look wise it does the job, but would have been infinitely better with runners.
This is a really great fit for our redesigned home office. Useful storage, while looking great, just like the pictures.
Nice looking piece, though manufacturing could be better - spotwelded which does cheapen the item &
handles would be better in real brass. Sharp screws poke through to interior of drawers so not suitable for delicate items of clothing. Very pungent paint smell still quite strong 2 weeks after unpacking, which is a concern (particularly as used in a kids room).
Hi Kirsty, thanks for leaving a review and the feedback.
We appreciate the spot weld construction may not be your preferred look but it actually costs us more to make this item like this but we do it this way to give it a little more character, we believe the quality and construction of this item far exceeds the majority of similar units being sold which tend to be very light weight and made in china. I guess some customers like it and others may not.
We would love to use solid brass handles but they are incredibly expensive and as we are trying to create an antique brass look it makes sense to use cast plated style.
As discussed in our separate email I have posted you out some rubber covers for the ends of the screws. We didn't really design this item for clothing as the drawers are quite small and are more intended for office bits a pieces or other knick knacks.
Sorry the paint smell was lingering for a little while, as you will have seen the product is really well wrapped and sometimes that can contain the smell a little longer than we would like.
Just so it helps other potential customers reading the review I would like to point our that when you asked us before ordering if this item was suitable for a kids room we did advise we would not really recommend it for a kids room.
On a more positive note it looks like we completed delivery in 2 days from date of ordering and all the other points which you contacted us about before ordering have not been mentioned.
Thanks again
Stuart & Kirsty
Really nice set of drawers. Very pleased.
Beautiful, well designed and robust piece of furniture. Absolutely chuffed with my bankers drawers unit. Goes beautifully in my bedroom, really great to look at and has that rustic vintage style, whilst remaining very classy. I love Vincent & Barn and their selection of furniture. They clearly supply top notch items and I will be returning to them again.
Perfect for my dressing room. Stores shoes and ankle boots keeping them dust free, labels make for easy access
Excellent product!
Really great chest of drawers. Very useful for all my sewing stuff
Great piece of furniture, great value, fast delivery and great company. Delighted
