Heron hooks with all the elegance of a Japanese painting.
A set of four cast metal hooks with a dark grey finish, each measuring 13.5cm in height.
The curved bird design of these iron coat hooks provides two points from which to hang items, the heron’s head or a smaller curved hook below, allowing the beauty of the design to still be seen when in use.
As always with our sets of hooks, we think they create more impact when used grouped together, either in an ordered row or at staggered heights. All they need for perfect styling is a kimono or hand-painted scarf...or of course, you could just chuck your coat and bag on them!

Orders over £100 are delivered free to mainland UK addresses.
Orders under £100 are delivered for £5.95 to mainland UK addresses.

We do not deliver to International destinations.
If you see this icon then the item is available to Pre-Order, this stock is heading to our warehouse however the delivery timescales (see below) will apply from the date published. For example, if the item is detailed as Large 10-14 and the "FROM" date is 1st February then delivery is estimated to take place 10-14 working days from the 1st of February. We make every effort to provide as accurate information as possible, however, until the stock arrives at our warehouse all timescales are estimated as there are several stages that can still cause delays. We will of course keep you updated to any changes as they happen.
LARGE 10-14 WORKING DAY DELIVERY
If you see this icon the item requires our LARGE 10-14 working day service. Some remote mainland UK postcodes may take a little longer than stated. Need it sooner? Contact us and we will see what we can do, on average we deliver in 8 working days but sometimes we can go even quicker, it all depends on your availability and location in the country!
We use a professional furniture delivery company who will contact you by text or phone around 7 working days after purchase (often much sooner!) to offer you a date and AM or PM delivery slot. If the date is not suitable simply reply to our delivery company and they will work with you to re-schedule however please note this can extend the delivery timescale published.
The driver will call on the day of delivery and give 1 hours notice of arrival.
On your instruction, we will deliver to your given room of choice (ground floor only). During COVID-19 restrictions our drivers will only enter you home if you instruct them to do so and social distancing is respected. Our drivers will wear masks and sanitise their hands before entering your home. If you do not want the driver to enter you home please instruct them where to leave your order.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
- We do not remove packaging.
- We are unable to deliver in the evening and at weekends.
- Our furniture is delivered by 1 man, they are fully trained to use trollies, dolly wheels and blankets to deliver your item safely inside your home.
- Our delivery service is ground floor only unless there is a lift at the property suitable for the item ordered. Our drivers are not insured to deliver up or down flights of stairs.
- During the Cornavirus outbreak we will not require a signature, this is so we can effectively social distance. However we do need you to acknowledge that the delivery has been made to the driver, a thumbs up through the window is perfect.
- Please check product sizes very carefully as some pieces are quite large and heavy, please be sure they will fit through doors and up stairs etc.
Need delivery upstairs to a first floor, downstairs to a basement or perhaps you need packaging removing?: Please contact us before ordering so we can review your requirement. In most cases we would have to add an additional man to deliver upstairs and there will likely be a small additional charge. There will also be a charge if you require the item unpacking and packaging taken away.
STANDARD 3-4 WORKING DAY DELIVERY
If you see this icon we aim to dispatch all STANDARD DELIVERY orders the next working day and delivery will be made within 3-4 working days after dispatch. These items will be delivered Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm.
Some remote mainland UK postcodes may take a little longer than stated.A COMBINATION OF LARGE DELIVERY AND STANDARD DELIVERY
If you have ordered a combination of LARGE 10-14 and STANDARD 3-4 items in most cases the items will be delivered together under the 10-14 working day LARGE service. In some cases, this may not be possible and your orders could arrive separately.
On receipt please check your order carefully and advise the courier/delivery team if you feel the items could be damaged inside the packaging.
In the unlikely event you open the packaging and find your item is damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if possible please take a picture of the damage so we can investigate how this has happened and make future improvements.
We will then contact you and make arrangements for a replacement and collection.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER BEFORE RECEIPT
If you need to cancel your order before receiving it please email us at email@example.com ASAP quoting your order number. We will then check if your item has been dispatched. In most cases, if your order has been dispatched we can not recall the delivery and you will need to reject the delivery attempt. The goods will then be returned to us and we will contact you to confirm they have arrived back safely and will then process your refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items marked clearance are non-refundable unless found faulty.
If you would like to return all or part of your order you are required to notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. Once we have been notified you have 14 days to return the item(s) in the original condition and packaging. If the item arrives back damaged or not in the original packaging we will contact you to advise the reduction we will have to make to your refund.
Unfortunately, we can't cover the cost of return delivery so you will have to make your own arrangements for a return, this includes items marked LARGE 10-14, if you require help with a return please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Return delivery costs do not affect items which are returned due to faults.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you organise to return your order so we know its coming, please be sure to include a copy of your order with your returned item(s) so we know who it's from. Once the item arrives back at our warehouse safely we will process the refund. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded (except where special services have been provided outside our regular service) .
